Character Details

A young and budding mentee who joined the Academy for reasons currently unknown.

RP Information

Flynn seems eager to hear any mention of humans, and claims he is one of two children to a Corviknight and Crobat couple. He has yet to talk about his home situation in depth, interact with him to find out more!

Skills and Abilities

Flynn can keenly hear one's emotions, even if they're trying to hide them. He is small and deft, and seems to prefer attacking opponents indirectly when he can.

Abilities

Prankster

Once per turn, the user can make a status move cost 0.5 actions less. The attack will cost +50% more Stamina, rounding up. Does not work on enemy-targeting status moves that are affecting a Dark-type target.

Effect Spore

Once per turn, user can spend 5 Tempo to add Poison [2], Sleepy [2], or Paralysis [2] to a move targeting an enemy. Grass types suffer -[1] on application from these effects.

Infiltrator

User shreds through Armor twice as fast and ignores an enemy's Reflect, Light Screen, Aurora Veil, Safeguard, and Mist.

Shadow Tag

Once per enemy per turn, can spend 3 Tempo to apply Restrained [2] at Ranged distance.

Perks

Hexer's Kit

User gains access to the moves Hypnosis, Leech Seed, Infestation, Secret Power, and Tri Attack and the abilities Effect Spore, Shadow Tag, and Prankster. The user can only hotkey one of these moves at a time.

Powerful Hex

Once per turn, the user may make an applied status effect or debuff effect 1 layer stronger. This does not get multiplied by any other hex-modifying abilities.

Toxic

Applies Poisoned [4]. If the user is Poison type, this move does not suffer from Miss penalties and ignores positive Evasion stages.

Venoshock

Gains +100% if the target is Poisoned.

Basic Blast

Everyone has this move. Cannot benefit from STAB in any way due to being a Typeless attack.

Absorb

Drains 25% of damage inflicted to heal the user, rounding up.

Toxic Spikes

At Ranged distance, user casts a size 2 Aura of Toxic Spikes, which apply Poison [2]. Recasting onto an existing Toxic Spikes layer increases the number of layers applied by [2]. Recasting in a different location removes the old Aura and does not increase layer count, but maintains its previous layer count. Aura maintenance cost: 3 × layer count.
