Character Details

A survivor and veteran of the 'Dodra Catastrophe,' Rita is Dodra's original Reshiram, someone who was trying to save her planet against the Heriophant from the beginning. She was, like many, forced to constantly reset her life whenever Dodra's planet began a new cycle. Each time she was someone different. By the time the Phantasms woke up, she was Servine Rita, working under Overseer Obsur Zygarde who had previously infiltrated Dodra and was caught in its deadly web. She retained her fire abilities and her truth sense, and had no memories of her true identity. She struggled with finding her sense of self worth and a place where she could belong, eventually reawakening her memories as Reshiram Vasi, thanks to the help of the players. She often joined them on their adventures and misadventures in an effort to help save her own world, and along the way she found a family worth fighting for, and entered a relationship with Dialugia "Owen" Prime once everything was over. With the worlds being restored, she remained in Dodra to help look after it, and eventually took to rewriting the events in a collection of light novels. Just in case she or any of her dear friends ever forgot their time together.

RP Information

Rita is a bookworm. She's read just about every light novel that Dodra had to offer, and is well-versed in all their tropes and plots and cliches. She is eager to digest more, and will geek out over them with anyone she feels she can open up to. After Dodra, Rita hadn't had much of a chance to make new friends, so she might be awkward here and there. While she is sometimes too serious, Rita always has the Cadets best interests in mind, and hates seeing the inexperienced ones struggle and suffer. She constantly draws from her own experiences, and uses them to try and relate to the others.

Rita has an innate Truth sense as Reshiram. If you wish to scene with her, keep in mind that she can detect lies! Maybe it'll make for a fun scene, eh? ;)

Moxie

Once per turn, KOing or Staggering an enemy boosts the user's Attack and Magic by +1.

Competitive

Once per turn, when the user is within Ally range of someone with a higher buff in a stat than they have, the user may match that buff by paying 1 Tempo per stage gained.

Sheer Force

User may spend 5 Tempo on an attack that has a secondary effect (e.g. applies a buff, debuff, or status effect) to gain a +50% damage modifier on that attack. While doing so, user cannot access any secondary effects on that attack.

Turboblaze

Enemy Abilities cannot directly reduce the effects of the user's moves. The user's first attack to strike a Bracing enemy each turn is not reduced.

Perks

Magician's Kit

User gains access to the moves Nasty Plot, Mystical Power, Calm Mind, Air Cutter, and Giga Drain and the abilities Sheer Force, Moxie, and Competitive. The user can only hotkey one of these moves at a time.

Bulldoze

User's moves do not suffer penalties from unfavorable Type Effectiveness.

Lucky Start

For each FP invested in this Perk, the user starts battle with +2 Tempo.

Powerful Start

Begin the battle with +4 Attack and Magic.

Protect

Grants the user Armor equal to (20 + ×0.5 Level), rounding down. Considered a "shield" move. Does not stack with Armor gained from using other shield moves this turn. If the user cast a shield move on the previous turn, the Armor gained is cut in half.

User gains +1 Magic and Resistance.
