Character Details

Born in a well-off family to posh parents, Reval is a 21 year old student of Hydromancy, much to said parents and sister's chagrin. Though he does his best at university, his family wishes he'd opted for something more suited to a Dragonite rather than playing with water... stuck in a rut with his family, he's dedicated himself to becoming the best student he could be.

RP Information

Generally shy and reserved, Reval takes time to warm up to new people he meets. He's not likely to share secrets with you for a long time... and it takes time for him to trust others, too. Those that finally break through that exterior can expect a happy time with him as their friend. Enjoys watercolour painting, giant plushies, fantasy books and anything to do with water. Prompts for scenes include everything I just mentioned, family matters, just making friends, or talking about dealing with bad people.

Perks

Healer's Kit

User gains access to the moves Recover, Heal Pulse, Morning Sun, Aromatherapy, and Heal Bell and the abilities Healer, Triage, and Regenerator. The user can only hotkey one of these moves at a time.

User begins the battle with +3 Aggro.

In Spirit

When you initiate or complete an Alliance, proximity and targeting restrictions do not apply to your contributing attack as long as you can perceive your Alliance partner.

Vanguard

The user gains ×0.2 Level Armor (rounding up) per enemy within Field- range at the end of their turn.

Rain Dance

(This move can be legally learned by any Water-type). Generates a size 3 Aura* of Rain. Water attacks cast inside the Aura gain +50%. Fire attacks striking targets inside the Aura lose -50%. Sustain cost: 4 Stamina.

Chilling Water

Decreases target's Attack by -1.

Leer

Decreases targets' Defense by -1.

Aqua Ring

Generates a size 1 Aura that heals the user and up to 3 allies per turn for ×1 Level HP. Casting again at full cost expands the Aura by 1 radius (to a maximum of size 3) and increases the healing by ×1 Level (to a maximum of ×3 Level). Sustain cost: 2 × layer count. User can optionally decrease the number of active layers before paying this fee, and the user can cast Aqua Ring again to add layers without needing to pay the Sustain cost on the same turn.

Morning Sun

Heals the user and up to 3 allies for ×4 Level HP. Heals for ×6 Level inside of sunny weather. Heals for ×2 Level inside of any other weather. If sunny weather overlaps another weather, they cancel out.

Heal Bell

Reduces harmful status effects by [1] layer each, or [2] layers of one status, for the user and up to 3 allies in range.

Dragon Cheer

Target's next Critical Hit costs 25% less Tempo, rounding up. Cannot stack with other %-reductions for Critical costs and cannot bring Critical costs below 5 Tempo.

Reval's Aqua Ring

Generates a size 1 Aura that heals the user and up to 3 allies per turn for ×1.25 Level HP. Casting again at full cost expands the Aura by 1 radius (to a maximum of size 3) and increases the healing by ×1.25 Level (to a maximum of ×3.75 Level). Sustain cost: (2 × layer count - 1).
