After an enemy has applied a status effect on the user, the user can reflect that status back onto that enemy at Ranged++ distance. The user pays 1 Tempo per layer reflected and can't exceed the magnitude of what was applied to them.
Victory Star
User can, as a free action, create a size 2 Aura that acts as a passive +2 Accuracy while standing within. Costs 5 Stamina to maintain.
Power Spot
User can, as a free action, generate a size 2 Aura that grants a +50% damage modifier to an ally's attack, or half if an AoE, once per turn per ally. An attack can only benefit from one Power Spot at a time. Costs 3 Stamina per turn to maintain.
Screen Cleaner
While standing within an enemy's Light Screen, Reflect, or Aurora Veil, the user and allies ignore its effects. The user can pay 3 Tempo to remove the Aura altogether.

Start-of-battle Perks (e.g. Surging Start) apply to the ally once per battle when the user first conveys it.
